Description
SabuNari is a 16 yr old mexican american rapper, born & raised in portland.
after coming out as trans in 2022, she decided to take music seriously. releasing albums & mashups under Xela La Reina, before taking most of it down in 2024.
SabuNari started out as a side project, until becoming her main focus.
most her music is focused on exploring her mental health & trying to grow from bad behaviors, accompanied by a variety of beats. that all range from airy & laid back, to energetic & in your face. (and yes i self produce 99% of it)
she experiments with different sounds constantly, but she’s never afraid to be called a rapper. because rap is just as much an art as every other genre. i love it
